Job description
As a Junior Accountant at our company located in Bikaner (Bichhwal), your role involves maintaining day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, handling bank reconciliation, and preparing bank statements. You will assist in preparing invoices, bills, and vouchers, as well as keeping track of petty cash and daily expenses. Additionally, you will support the preparation of monthly reports for the senior accountant/management and learn to handle compliance work such as GST, TDS, etc. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with internal teams for accounting-related data.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
– Handle bank reconciliation and prepare bank statements.
– Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and vouchers.
– Keep track of petty cash and daily expenses.
– Assist in preparing monthly reports for senior accountant/management.
– Learn and support compliance work like GST, TDS, etc.
– Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related data.
Qualifications Required:
– B.Com / M.Com graduate or equivalent.
– Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
– 1 year of accounting experience (manufacturing/trading industry preferred).
– Willingness to learn and grow under senior guidance.
